Chemerinsky Interviewed on Air Talk with Larry Mantle

Erwin Chemerinsky, author of Enhancing Government (2008), appeared on Air Talk with Larry Mantle to discuss the power struggle between state and federal government that has divided American politics throughout U.S. history. In the interview, Chemerinsky shares his vision of federalism, which would empower rather than limit the federal government's ability to respond to society's needs. Larry also speaks with Chemerinsky about his plans for UC Irvine's new law sch ool of which he is the Founding Dean.
